To alter & extend the existing offices of WR Phillips and upgrade vehicle servicing drop off

DESIGN
The front-of-house is always important for selling new cars. The earlier façade treatment was carried around the corner of the building maximising exposure to the street traffic, while behind lies the public arrival/sales hub of the operation. The main dissecting wall defines the limit of the public area helps guide the public to the entry point.
